I have a lot of kale growing. Kale that I need to eat…or give to the girls. They love it too.
But I come first. Sorry girls.
And I just happened to see this pizza recipe with kale! Oh my…the clouds parted and the sun shined!
And then, of course, I spied another pizza recipe.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. The very one I always ordered at California Pizza Kitchen when we lived in Arizona. Ain’t none up here in Idaho.
I couldn’t decide which one to make for dinner…so I did would any sane gal would do…
made them both…on the same night…for the same dinner… Mr. Denim just rolled his eyes.
Oops…I forgot to take more photos when in the kitchen {like I said…I’m not Pioneer Woman}…here is the BBQ Chicken Pizza ready for the oven.
And here is the Kale & Bacon Pizza ready.
In the HOT 500 degree oven they go. I totally cheated and used Boboli crusts…shhhh…

So…my way of finding out which was the best was to ask Mr. Denim this question…which one do you want me to make again?
And he said…drum roll…BBQ Chicken Pizza. But I would have answered Kale & Bacon.
So guess what…both recipes are keepers.
